Prof. Dr. Bülent Kent specializes in administrative law, administrative judicial processes, energy law, regulatory law, telecommunications law, and information technology law. His research focuses particularly on public administration procedures, regulatory body decisions, and the digitalization of public law structures.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Merve Ayşegül Kulular İbrahim has served as an AI and Ethics Advisor and Data Protection (GDPR) Consultant in international projects, contributing to the development of ethical AI frameworks, regulatory compliance strategies, and data protection governance structures. Her research focuses particularly on digital governance, online platforms and social media regulation, consumer protection in digital markets, and the legal implications of emerging technologies.

Dr. Ahmet Talha Özen specializes in criminal law and criminal procedure, with a particular focus on comparative German–Turkish criminal law and economic criminal offences. His research concentrates on fraud offences, criminal necessity, and core principles of criminal justice within German and Turkish legal systems.
